CURRENT STATE CORONA VIRUS IN COLOMBIA

It was probably only a question of time, and now it has unfortunately arrived - last week the authorities reported the first case of corona virus in Colombia.
Please find in the following information about the actions taken in the country to prevent the spreading of the virus and to minimize the risk of infection.

1. What to expect upon arrival at the airport: The immigration authorities Migraciones Colombia will ask the clients if they have travelled within the past 14 days to one of the following 8 countries (west to east): Italy, United Arab Emirates, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan (the answers can be double checked with the stamps in their passport). If they have travelled to one of these countries, the clients have to do a medical check (fever, other typical syndromes). If the tests are positive (and only then), the clients are taken to a hospital for further tests.
2. What do we do preventively to guarantee your clients safety? We instruct our guides, drivers and hotels to operate in accordance with the measures recommended by WHO (especially in terms of hygiene).
