Our local car rental providers have introduced some changes in the booking of rental cars for our customers. Thus, most of the additional services such as comprehensive insurance or a second driver, can no longer be booked by us, but must be paid by the customer himself. Below is a detailed list of the services that can be included directly by Neptuno, and those that must be paid by the customer when returning the rental car:
Included by Neptuno upon booking:
- Cost of the rental car itself according to the chosen category.
- Return costs, in case the car was returned at a different place than the pick-up point.
- Extra hours already scheduled when booking.
(e.g. pick up on day X at 10:00, drop off on day Y at 15:00 - 5 hours extra)
Services that must be paid by the customer when returning the rental car:
- fully comprehensive insurance
- additional driver
- car wash
- GPS system
Attention: an estimate of the prices for the customer's own expenses are given at the time of booking. Unfortunately, these prices are subject to change, so prices cannot be finally confirmed until pick up of the rental car.
