The shaman house (Jurakub) is a proyect inspired by eleven years of investigation that chef Juan Santiago Gallego has done in the Amazonas. The chef decides to explore the magical world of the ancestral remedies, starting from a creative principle that combines decoration, products, concept and environment to take his visitors to the magical ancestral world of the sacred plants.
Our natural potion (beverage) offert comes from a 73 products portfolio that come from the jungle which are used in the preparation of medicinal tasting menus and awesome cocktails.
The gastronomic proposal is conformed by the variety of the jungle and seafood.
