A couple of hotels in Colombia´s warmer regions, unfortunately don´t (yet) provide warm water in their bathrooms. To avoid having the clients literally being thrown into cold water, we would like to inform them beforehand. We are currently feeding our database with this detail, which will then automatically be provided when a reservation is carried out. We kindly ask you to consider this and to inform your clients when booking these particular hotels.
