Last week we were able to
recertificate us once again with the national certificate „Calidad Turistica“ which
allows us to continue operating as an incoming agency. After an intensive
effort during the last few years, advanced trainings and a lot of internal and
external meetings we feel pretty comfortable with all the topics of sustainable
tourism. Last year in October we also passed the external examination of
Tourcert, an international label of sustainable tourism.

In the process we checked
our facilities in matters of sustainability issues, we hold a lot of small
internal meetings with our staff and tried to integrate as many of our
providers as possible. We took a closer look at our product range and arrived
at the decision that we want to strengthen our focus even more on products that
follow the concept of „community-based-tourism“ and “authentic experiences”. We
also keep on working with different charitable foundations that can be visited
